EFC International is building out its FP&A function, and this role sits at the center of that build. The
Senior Financial Analyst

Margin Reporting
Own and deliver the weekly margin flash report — on time, clean, and commentary-ready
Own the monthly margin package, including variance analysis, trend narrative, and business unit breakdowns

Maintain and improve the reporting infrastructure so the cadence runs without requiring director initiation
Pricing Program Tracking
Track and report on pricing program performance metrics across the portfolio
Monitor price realization vs. targets and flag deviations early
Support pricing training initiatives by maintaining program documentation and data inputs
Partner with the commercial team (alongside the FP&A Director) on pricing decisions and analysis
Cost Standards & Monitoring
Own cost standard maintenance within ERPs/systems of record — ensuring standards are accurate and current
Monitor cost changes over time, flag meaningful variances, and explain drivers
Build and maintain cost trend reporting that gives leadership visibility into input cost movements
Collaborate with operations and procurement to understand and validate cost inputs
FP&A Operations
Support the monthly close process by providing timely margin data and commentary
Support the build-out of EFC’s margin forecasting process, including developing the analytical framework and tools that will drive forward-looking margin visibility
Assist in building out FP&A infrastructure as the function matures
Contribute to forecast and budget cycles by providing margin-layer inputs
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of FP&A, finance, or analytical experience
Demonstrated experience owning reporting processes end-to-end
Strong Excel/financial modeling skills
Comfort working with cost data, margin structures, or P&L analysis
Detail-oriented with a bias for accuracy and clean process
Able to work independently and manage multiple deliverables

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial businesses
Familiarity with ERPs and cost standard management
Exposure to pricing analytics or commercial finance
Experience in a lean FP&A team or high-ownership environment
