Position Overview
Associate Manager, eCommerce (Department: OXO, Work Location: New York, NY, Hybrid)

Hybrid Schedule: Work onsite Tuesday‑Thursday, remote Monday and Friday, or as directed.

What you will be doing
The Associate Manager, eCommerce position is responsible for maintaining and improving on‑site performance expectations and optimizing the overall consumer experience. The role implements and executes digital strategies and tactics that increase overall user engagement, sales, and conversion. The Associate Manager manages on‑site content and campaign calendars, acts as point person for go‑to‑market strategy, and ensures oxo.com has best‑in‑class merchandising strategies. The manager reports to the Director of eCommerce for OXO, collaborating with Brand, Design, Sales, Digital IT, and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with internal departments to ensure proper online product messaging and creative representation.

Work with product teams to maintain healthy product representation vs. wholesale market; inform on color trends and merchandising standards that support sales initiatives.

Provide internal teams and executives with product category growth insights including customer engagement and key performance metrics.

Own product catalog management: page set‑up, pricing, and availability.

Maintain online quality standards for balanced brand and product representation.

Collaborate with internal and external partners on go‑to‑market plans, merchandising strategies, testing, inventory investments, and calendar management.

Manage digital marketing content calendar, writing or delegating project and creative briefs; coordinate final execution and implementation.

Support segmentation and test strategies to improve web content relevance to distinct customer groups.

Explore new digital opportunities with current and potential partners.

Deliver projects on time, aligned with brand and development guidelines.

Develop linking strategies with performance marketing to maximize traffic, ROI, and revenue.

Plan and manage end‑to‑end web content and digital marketing campaigns: planning, targeting, set‑up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization.

Identify exclusive and limited‑edition opportunities with product and DTC teams based on seasonal trends.

Drive cross‑team processes for effective, on‑time delivery of content, promotions, and marketing plans.

Achieve year‑over‑year growth in engagement, experience, acquisition, and retention metrics.

Meet project and budget timelines.

Gather feedback from key cross‑functional partners.

Skills Needed to be Successful

Proven experience building and delivering high‑performing on‑site experiences that drive conversion.

Successful track record of collaborating with other departments on strategy development and execution.

Ability to meet deadlines and produce high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

3+ years direct‑to‑consumer experience.

Experience with onsite testing, tracking, targeting, product management, site metrics and analysis (A/B, multivariate testing, CX initiatives).

Project management experience associated with interactive marketing and/or web projects.

Experience with analytics, commercial platforms, and project management tools.

Experience with catalog management, merchandising best practices, pricing rules, and cross‑categorization of products.

Solid experience with MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Salary
In New York, the standard base pay range is $72,000–$90,000 annually, with additional compensation components such as bonus.
