Responsibilities

A Clinical Nurse II (CN II) demonstrates competent patient and family‑centered care using the nursing process. The CN II will work with the interdisciplinary team to provide evidence‑based patient care, positive patient care experiences and quality outcomes in the professional nursing practice environment.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam; BSN Preferred

Must possess 1 year of current clinical experience

Must obtain 20 Contact hours per year, fifty percent of which must be clinically focused. Academic course credits may be used on a 1:1 credit hour exchange.

Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS upon hire

Max
USD $69.44/Hr.

Salary Information
Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid‑portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
