Position Overview
The Communications Agent supports internal and external communications by managing inquiries, coordinating messaging, and assisting with campaigns to ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer or public inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist in drafting and distributing communication materials (emails, updates, announcements)
Support marketing and communications campaigns
Maintain records of communication activities and correspondence
Coordinate messaging across departments to ensure consistency
Track and report on communication effectiveness
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar tools)
Professional and team-oriented attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
