As a Strategy Advisor, you'll bring your analytical expertise to work on projects. You'll provide strategy support to a Combatant Command client, including writing, analyzing, coordinating, implementing, and assessing strategies and processes. You will conduct analysis, provide recommendations, and support staff planning. You'll coordinate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategy and processes to advance client missions. You'll support participation in Joint Staff and Combatant Command strategy conferences, working groups, and staff processes. You'll leverage decision-support products to inform senior‑leader decisions. You'll facilitate senior leader participation in Joint Staff and CCMD meetings and events to advocate on behalf of command equities and promote priority talking points. You'll bring experience and expertise with strategy development and implementation processes and programs. You'll apply advising skills, including technical expertise and knowledge. You'll work as a detail‑oriented self‑starter in a fast‑paced environment without considerable direction and take initiative to develop, recommend, and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.

You Have
4+ years of experience with military operations or strategy
2+ years of experience with supporting high-level headquarters staff, including component, TSOC, CCMD, Service HQ, or Joint Staff
Experience developing talking points and briefing materials for General or Flag Officers
Experience producing client‑ready products and written materials for the DoD
Ability to inform, develop, and support innovative solutions to complex problems that align with client strategic objectives
Ability to be a self‑starter, manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment, work independently and as part of a team, analyze complex data, and prioritize tasks
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have
Experience at the headquarters level of a military command, including Joint Staff, CCMD, or Service HQ
Experience facilitating or planning events, conferences, or workshops
Knowledge of formal DoD staffing and coordination processes
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Foreign Policy, Security Studies, European Affairs, or a related field
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation
Salary range: $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 annualized USD.
