What You Will Be Doing:
Yancey Bros. Co. currently is recruiting an On Highway Product Support Sales Manager for the Power Systems Division. This position will lead a team of Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs) that focus on sales to truck and bus customers, and is responsible for the development and training of the sales team. Responsibilities also include development and administration of product support marketing programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Achieve parts and service sales and profitability targets – deliver the business plan.

Manage the daily performance of the Parts and Service sales force, including weekly ride-alongs with sales representatives.

Lead Yancey’s efforts in growing our retail aftermarket parts and service business – expanding beyond Caterpillar and Blue Bird to all‑makes parts and service capability

Develop short and long range forecasts, objectives, and action plans.

Develop and direct Parts and Service marketing and merchandising programs.

Management product and sales training for Parts and Service Salespeople.

Ensure good customer relations and resolve customer issues as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in required safety program and work in a safe manner.

Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Who We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this position you should have prior experience as a Product Support Sales Representative. Truck or bus industry experience, along with excellent analytical, organization and communication skills, are vital to this position.

Education/Experience:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.

Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience.

7+ years of truck and bus industry experience.

Prior experience as a Parts Sales or Product Support Sales Representative preferred.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Must be able to take charge of position immediately.

Excellent analytical, organization, and communication skills.
