Hourly Base Rate: $49.14 - $68.80

Job Summary:
Coordination and participation in patient care activities on a nursing unit, or house-wide, during a specific shift; participation in Nursing Administration operations as a member of the management team.
Offers instruction, support and care to patient, family and/or significant others who are experiencing disease processes and treatments.
Assesses care and serves as a resource and support for hospital clients and staff.
Provides appropriate direct instruction and orientation for nursing staff.
Responsibility for house-wide supervision of patient care during an 8- or 12-hour shift to ensure healthcare is delivered in a caring, safe, expedient and efficient manner.
Serves as a liaison between nursing management, staffing and unit patient care coordinators.
Educational/Licensing:
Nursing school graduate.
Licensed as Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS required.
Qualifications:
Three to five years pertinent clinical/management experience.
