Responsibilities
Known as a Gynecologic Center of Excellence, our team of highly‑skilled Registered Nurses in Inpatient Specialty Surgery independently provide acute care services to adult patients, with a focus on breast and plastic reconstruction, women\’s health specialties (gynecology), genitourinary, gastrointestinal, general surgery, ortho‑spine, and other complex specialties. Working with a dedicated nursing team inclusive of a highly supportive leadership team, the Registered Nurse provides evidence‑based, high quality care, including patient assessment and treatment, and serves as a resource for other team members.

Requirements

A degree from an accredited nursing school (a Bachelor\’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, or agreement to enroll within six months of employment). New graduates are also welcomed.

A Registered Nurse license to practice in Maryland or the ability to obtain a Maryland license based on timeframe of licensing board.

Healthcare Provider-Level CPR (BLS) certification.

In‑house Nurse Residency Program (NRP) provided to all new graduates.

Salary Information
Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid‑portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
