The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $107,360.00 to $134,200.00. Base salaries are determined during our interview process based on experience, skills and responsibilities.

Role Overview
Senior Innovation Lead – responsible for delivering a global innovation vision with a local focus to support lead markets and to co‑create new products with Brand Units. This role will design a robust pipeline, drive consumer‑centric development, manage a diverse cross‑functional team and measure success through key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

Bring the Global Innovation team vision to life and deliver leading‑edge innovation capabilities.

Develop a robust three‑year pipeline and influence growth across major brand(s).

Drive customer‑centric innovation from ideation to execution, using analytics, insights and testing throughout the stage‑gate process.

Create and manage an innovation roadmap and KPIs aligned with business strategy.

Foster collaboration and action with local brand teams, Global Brand Units and cross‑functional partners.

Lead the Innovation team, manage personnel across different locations and ensure high performance.

Support the Global Innovation community by sharing learnings and best practices.

Deliver on P&L responsibilities while balancing cost and innovation “must‑have” deliverables.

Requirements & Qualifications

Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant innovation experience within the F&B or spirits industry or a related discipline.

Strong project management and influencing skills, proven ability to drive action in a matrix organization.

Experience managing a diverse, cross‑functional team.

Financial acumen to work the P&L and manage costs.

Strong analytical and creative skills to develop consumer‑centric innovation.

Languages: fluent English; Spanish or French is a plus.

Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and MS Teams.
