Full Time Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) – Port Lavaca, TX
Signet Health is currently recruiting a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist for the outpatient senior adult program at Memorial Medical Center.
This is a Monday-Friday, day-shift position.
Signet Health offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package with a salary range of $65 - $75k.
Responsibilities
Provide mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families
Conducts initial assessments.
Provides crisis intervention as needed.
Assures maintenance of all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy and CMS regulations.
Assist with referral development and community education.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
State clinical licensure or license-eligible in the state of TX.
A minimum of two years of related work experience highly desired
