Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide treatment for pediatric, adult neuro, and dysphagia populations.

Deliver direct speech-language therapy in both outpatient and inpatient (acute) settings; develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.

Monitor progress, document clinical findings, and communicate outcomes to multidisciplinary team members.

Collaborate with other professionals and participate in co-treatment when indicated to optimize patient care.

Support discharge planning and family/caregiver education regarding goals, prognosis, and therapy strategies.

Ensure compliance with professional standards and maintain accurate, timely documentation of services.

Requirements

Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio with CCCs

Minimum 3+ years of experience; pediatric experience required

Ability to work in both outpatient and inpatient (acute) settings

Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the assignment location
