Position Overview
Muslim Aid USA is seeking a strategic and data-driven
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital campaigns that drive fundraising growth and deepen donor engagement.
This role is ideal for a marketing leader who combines
creative storytelling with performance marketing expertise , and thrives at the intersection of
strategy, analytics, and execution . The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee digital campaign strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels, while leveraging tools like
Salesforce
and
Adobe Creative Cloud
to drive measurable results.
This position reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications and plays a key role in shaping Muslim Aid USA’s digital growth strategy, especially across major campaigns such as Ramadan, emergency appeals, and year-end giving.

Lead the development and execution of
integrated digital marketing strategies
aligned with organizational fundraising goals
Plan and manage
full-funnel campaigns
across paid media, email, web, and social channels
Own campaign calendars for key initiatives including
Ramadan, emergencies, and seasonal appeals
Translate organizational priorities into
high-performing digital campaigns with clear KPIs and revenue targets
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Define and track
KPIs across all digital channels , including conversion rates, ROI, donor acquisition cost, and lifetime value
Use
Salesforce and marketing analytics tools
to build dashboards, track donor journeys, and optimize campaign performance
Conduct
A/B testing and conversion optimization
across landing pages, ads, and email campaigns
Analyze audience behavior and campaign performance to inform continuous improvement
Serve as a key stakeholder in
Salesforce utilization for marketing and fundraising
Partner with development and operations teams to ensure
clean data, segmentation, and reporting accuracy
Build and optimize
donor journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated workflows
Leverage CRM insights to improve
personalization and donor retention strategies
Content & Creative Direction
Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop
compelling digital content and storytelling assets
Provide direction on creative execution using
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Ensure all campaigns maintain
consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
Oversee production of digital assets including
ads, emails, landing pages, and social content
Website & Conversion Optimization
Partner with developers and content teams to optimize
website performance, UX, and conversion funnels
Lead the creation and optimization of
campaign landing pages
Ensure all digital properties are aligned with
SEO best practices and accessibility standards
Team Leadership & Cross Functional Collaboration
Manage and collaborate with a team of
digital marketers, designers, and content creators both internally and externally
Serve as a cross functional partner to
development, programs, and leadership teams
Provide clear briefs, timelines, and performance reporting across all campaigns
Identify emerging trends in digital marketing, fundraising technology, and audience engagement
Test and implement new channels, tools, and strategies to drive
scalable growth
Bring thought leadership around
nonprofit digital fundraising and storytelling best practices
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
4+ years of digital marketing experience , preferably in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
Proven experience leading
multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable revenue impact
Strong proficiency in
Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms)
for segmentation, reporting, and campaign tracking
Experience with
Adobe Creative Cloud
and working closely with creative teams
Hands-on experience with
email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar), paid media, SEO/SEM, and social media strategy
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
