Oncology Pharmacist – Join a Team That’s Changing Cancer Care
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact where science, compassion, and innovation meet? We’re seeking a dedicated Oncology Pharmacist to join our hospital-based team and play a vital role in advancing cancer treatment and patient care.
What You’ll Do
Deliver expert-level oncology pharmacy care and patient education
Support clinical services, including infusion therapy and direct patient counseling
Partner with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards
Contribute to care coordination, patient access initiatives, and quality improvement efforts
Apply specialized knowledge of anti-cancer therapies, symptom management, and supportive care
Provide support across oncology clinical areas within the health system as needed
What You Bring
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy
PGY2 Oncology Residency
preferred
Active Pharmacist License in South Carolina
required
