Tessan is a fast-growing French healthtech startup on a mission to tackle medical deserts by making healthcare accessible within 15 minutes for everyone.
We have deployed over 1,600 telemedicine devices across France in less than 6 years and are continuing to expand.
As part of this growth, we are launching our activity in the United States, a strategic market. This expansion is currently led from France, meaning everything still needs to be structured and built.

Support the launch of our first US partners (pharmacies, healthcare players)
Manage deployment steps: onboarding, activation, follow-up
Ensure operations run smoothly from a distance
Act as a key point of contact for partners
2. Build and structure operations
Design and improve operational processes (onboarding, support, follow-up)
Set up tracking tools (CRM, dashboards, reporting)
Document what works to make it scalable
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve
3. Coordinate and solve problems
Act as a bridge between teams (tech, product, business)
Surface issues from the field and follow through on solutions
Help adapt operations to the US market
Handle unexpected situations and keep things moving
Practical details :
Location: Paris (US market operated remotely)
Contract: 6-month internship
Start date: Summer 2026 / ASAP
Your ideal profile :
