WHAT IS THE JOB?
The Photo Studio Operations Coordinator is an entry level role that supports the day-to-day product logistics that keep photo studio and e-commerce shoots running smoothly. This role is responsible for receiving, preparing, moving, and routing product throughout the studio lifecycle, from intake through post-shoot processing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on operational work, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in keeping product and studio spaces organized, accurate, and efficient.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?
Check incoming product into the studio from internal teams and partners
Track counts and maintain visibility of physical product in the studio
Organize product by shoot type, queue, and timing
Unfold, steam, hang, and prep garments to studio standards
Remove tags, pins, chalk marks, and complete additional sample prep as needed
Execute rack setup, physical movement, and maintenance throughout shoots
Move product between the studio, warehouse, HQ, design, and other required locations
Coordinate alterations drop-off and pickup
Route product into the correct queues for on-figure, flat lay, tailored, and other studio needs
Pack and prepare shipments for fittings, catalog shoots, and other off-site needs
Support packing logistics for local, domestic, and international shoots
Collect, sort, and route product after shoots to the appropriate next location
Reconcile product after shoots and flag missing or damaged items
Take garments to cleaners or flag items for further review when needed
Maintain organization across racks, prep areas, storage zones, and studio workspaces
Support seasonal studio resets, sample cleanup, and inventory turnover
WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS?
1–3 years of experience in studio operations, fashion production, sample coordination, warehouse support, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage physical product accurately
Comfortable with hands-on garment prep and movement throughout the day
Able to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and follow-through
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency
Must have reliable personal transportation; this role requires some travel between studio, HQ, warehouse, and off-site locations
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. (bins, packed suitcases, garment bags, and boxed product)
Experience working with apparel samples, studio workflows, or product logistics is a plus
