Overview
In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities
Review patients’ medical history.
Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns.
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes.
Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.
Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.
Compensation
Salary $80,000‑$100,000, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
