Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. As a Community Mental Health Clinic, our goal is to increase access and improve the quality of behavioral health services.
We’re currently seeking a full-time
Recovery Peer Support
to act as a mentor and provide guidance through insight gained from their own personal recovery journey. They’ll model and promote positive health and wellness activities, including substance abuse relapse prevention and coping skills. The Recovery Peer Support will also work as part of a multidisciplinary team to identify barriers and improve clients’ access to community resources and supports.
Salary Range
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)
Requirements
Must have personally experienced a substance use disorder and have a minimum of 2 years in recovery
Must have an active Recovery Peer Support certification OR be eligible to obtain one
A High School Diploma or GED is required
Travel is a requirement of this position, so a valid driver’s license is required
