Responsibilities
Provides supervisory oversight to the Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists at our Hunt Valley practice, and functions, when necessary, as a member of the Medical Assistant team of the Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians in the outpatient setting.

Requirements
Education and Work Experience

Must possess a high school diploma or GED.

Three years experience in a medical office setting is required. Other healthcare experience will be considered.

Proven experience in supervisory role is preferred.

License Requirements

Documentation of certification from an accredited medical assistant training program is preferred.

Certification Requirements

Must be CPR certified within three months or less from the date of hire in the practice.

Salary Information
Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
