We are recruiting

Manufacturing Technicians

for one of our clients, an international biotech company recognized as a leader in the development and manufacturing of high-value pharmaceutical compounds.

The position is based at their

Canton, MA production site , a highly technical and regulated environment focused on the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).

MISSIONS
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of a

small, hands‑on production team , supporting daily manufacturing activities in a

GMP-regulated cleanroom environment (BSL‑2 / BSL‑3) .

This is a

highly operational role , with most activities performed directly on the production floor, including within

cleanrooms and enclosed systems (glove boxes) .

You will be responsible for:

Executing

production operations

following SOPs and batch records

Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment

Supporting

purification and production processes

(chromatography systems such as AKTA are a plus)

Ensuring strict compliance with

GMP, safety, and contamination control standards

Performing

accurate documentation and reporting

of all production activities

Participating in

equipment cleaning, setup, and basic troubleshooting

Supporting a variety of

manufacturing‑related tasks

within a small team environment

PROFILE
You have a background in

Biology, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences , with

2–3 years of laboratory or manufacturing experience

(academic or industry).

You bring:

Experience in

laboratory or biotech environments

(GMP is a plus)

Familiarity with

SOPs, batch records, and structured processes

Exposure to

cleanroom, sterile, or controlled environments

(BSL‑2 / BSL‑3 preferred)

Experience in

protein purification or chromatography (AKTA / Unicorn)

is a plus

You are:

Highly

hands‑on and comfortable working in production environments

Able to work in

confined spaces (cleanrooms, glove boxes) for extended periods

Comfortable in environments with

limited natural light

Reliable, rigorous, and able to follow procedures with

zero margin for error

A

team player , able to adapt and support various operational needs in a fast‑paced environment
