Global Program Coordinator, SAP Next Gen Academies (Attract & Hire)

In this role, you will partner closely with the global Attract & Hire Approach lead and Academy Program Management team to support the delivery of the Attract & Hire strategy across the SAP Next Gen Academies for Customer Success, Services & Consulting, Product Management and Cloud Delivery.

Responsibilities

Responsible for delivery of assigned sub projects related to recruiting, including demand planning, hiring timelines, job requisitions, and contribution/tracking of milestones

Support stakeholder communication and alignment, working closely with Talent Discovery, role owners, Analytics & Reporting, and the broader Academy team.

Support pipeline and selection strategy, including hiring profiles, candidate engagement activities, and interview preparation such as case study development.

Coordinate hiring events, ensuring effective collaboration across regions and teams, including but not limited to on-site Bootcamp planning and execution.

Collaborate with SAP NextGen and Employer Branding to execute recruiting marketing initiatives that attract top early-career talent.

Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communication materials to support leadership updates and stakeholder engagement.

Analyze recruiting and workforce data to identify trends and provide insights that support hiring strategy and program performance.

Leverage AI tools, Microsoft 365, and project management platforms to improve operational efficiency and support continuous process improvement.

Required Skills and Competencies

Prior experience in project management and/or recruiting is helpful

Superb oral/written communication skills in English language

Effectively collaborates in global virtual teams, coordinating with cultural awareness and respect across time zones

Operates confidently in complex, fast‑paced environments, prioritizing tasks and driving results efficiently in a matrix organization

Strong organizational and project management skills

Proactive and strong problem‑solving skills

Highly detail oriented with a passion for operational excellence

Proficient in MS Office & AI tools and quick in adopting new tools and technologies

Experience Requirements

1-3 years of professional working experience preferably in a project management capacity

Experience working within operations‑related fields is an advantage

English: Fluent (Able to fluently understand and communicate verbally and in writing)

University degree and/or Professional Training & Certification

Compensation
The targeted annual combined range for this position is 69,800 - 152,300.
