Compensation $23.00 per hour, plus mileage and benefits!
Certification is required: Massachusetts HHA OR Massachusetts CNA
Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate HHA or CNA to provide personalized care to patients in their homes during their end‑of‑life journey. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, personal care, and emotional support to ensure the comfort and dignity of patients.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification as a Massachusetts CNA or HHA is required.
Driver's license and a vehicle is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with personal care activities like bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, family, and caregiver information.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Effectively communicate with healthcare team members and family caregivers.
Document care provided and patient progress accurately and timely.
