We are seeking a
motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant
who brings strong clinical skills and excellent customer service. If you’re excited by both patient care and helping guide patients through their wellness journey, this role is a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do (Clinical Responsibilities)
You will work directly with our provider to support safe, efficient, and empathetic patient care, including:
Perform
urinalysis, EKGs, phlebotomy , and
body composition testing
Obtain and accurately record
patient vitals
Administer
IM injections
Prepare and manage
lab orders and results
Assist in
patient referrals
to other healthcare professionals
Maintain clinical workflow in a fast-paced, supportive environment
What You’ll Do (Patient Experience & Support)
You’ll help ensure each patient feels supported, understood, and motivated throughout their journey:
Document patient progress in the EMR
Conduct follow-up calls to review progress and address concerns
Support patients with questions about the Medi-Weightloss program
Provide exceptional customer service and communication at every visit
What You’ll Do (Team, Operations & Growth)
This is a collaborative role in a growing clinic—your contribution matters.
Assist with administrative duties (phones, scheduling, filing)
Maintain
daily inventory
for clinical supplies
Support clinic marketing initiatives and patient engagement efforts
Train new staff on procedures (when requested)
Contribute ideas to enhance clinic workflow, efficiency, and patient outcomes

Must-have strengths:
A positive, professional attitude and genuine love for patient interaction
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow protocols
A team-first mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Bonus skills (not mandatory):
Motivational interviewing or counseling
Sales or customer service experience in a wellness or healthcare setting
Prior medical office or weight-loss clinic experience
