Job Summary
The Business Process Analyst leads the management and analysis of product development processes to improve efficiency and accuracy while enabling data-driven decision-making. This role partners with program teams and functional managers to drive clarity and a common understanding of product development health.
What You Do
As a Senior Business Analyst – Product Development Strategy & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across the product development lifecycle. Your key responsibilities include mapping and analyzing current business processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
You will lead process transformation or re-engineering initiatives, ensuring that improvements are aligned with organizational goals and support the delivery of high-quality products.
Plan and facilitate collaborative workshops with cross‑functional teams to capture insights, foster alignment, and drive consensus on key decisions. Gather, analyze, and refine business and functional requirements to clearly document stakeholders’ needs.
Design and deliver effective training programs and support organizational change management initiatives to promote adoption of new processes and tools.

Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Technical Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority
Technical Proficiency / Tool Experience
JIRA
Administrator-level experience preferred
Experience creating filters using JQL and Basic search
Dashboard gadget configuration
Knowledge of backend workflow creation and impacts
Power BI
Experience leveraging datasets outside of Power BI
Ability to merge relevant data sources
Creation of user‑friendly dashboards to support reporting needs
PLM / Product Lifecycle Management Software
MS Teams / SharePoint
Primary use for communication and file sharing
Data
Transform available data into automated reporting that monitors critical metrics
Highlight progress of key deliverables
Generate early insights and reflect overall product development health
Excel
