Burtness Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our service team in Orfordville, Wisconsin. This position is ideal for a skilled technician with dealership experience who is committed to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
Perform routine maintenance and advanced mechanical repairs
Accurately document work performed using dealership systems
Comply with all safety policies and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate effectively with service advisors and other technicians

Qualifications
Prior automotive technician experience required
GM dealership experience preferred
GM certifications preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
Ability to meet productivity, quality, and safety expectations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Regular and reliable attendance
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift in a service-shop environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varying shop conditions including noise, heat, and cold

Compensation based on experience and qualifications
Two (2) weeks of vacation in the first year of employment
