Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Assist customers at the front desk, including taking and processing cash payments
Perform filing and maintain organized records
Scan and manage documents accurately
Provide general administrative support to the office and management team
Follow all company policies and procedures
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable handling cash and basic transactions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Basic computer skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Schedule
Part-time position
Must be available to work until 6:00 p.m.
Rotating Saturdays required
