Hiley Mazda is seeking automotive express technicians. Join our team and have an abundance of work right out of the gate! You will be joining a dealership with a talented service advisor team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation. Great training program, starting at $13 to $20 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities
Complete work as assigned, fixed right the first time.
Work as a team with the Service Advisers communicating client vehicle needs.
Inspect and review customer vehicles and suggest all needed repairs and maintenance.
Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
Complete training for certification as assigned by management.
Assist other team members with diagnosis and repair as requested.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of high quality work with a focus on fixed right the first time. We are seeking talented and eager technicians that we want to grow. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long‑term potential, not just a job.
Available to work flexible hours
Self‑starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Generous compensation and commission plan, estimate $60,000 to $100,000
