Hiring Immediately, Automotive Service Advisors. Excellent Compensation!

Hiley Subaru is seeking automotive service advisors. Join our team and have an abundance of customers out of the gate! You will be joining a dealership with a talented team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation. Expected compensation $60,000 to $120,000 per year with our generous sales based plans.

Requirements
Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

Responsibilities

Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner.

Completely document requests and concerns from clients for technicians.

Follow up with customers to keep them informed on vehicle status and present technician suggested services.

Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.

Complete training for certification as assigned by management.

Communicate with other departments as needed for parts or work updates.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Available to work flexible hours

Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred

Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
