They are responsible for managing the workflow in both the paper-based environment and the electronic medical record while maintaining the quality, accuracy, completeness and security of the patient’s medical record per departmental and hospital policies and procedures.**Department Specific Job Details:**Monday-Friday8am-5pm (flexible)**Required Qualifications*** High School Diploma or GED* Computer skills* Keyboarding 30-40 wpm* Communication skills* Customer Service skills*Preferred Qualifications** 1-2+ years of experience specializing in medical office* Experience utilizing Epic electronic record* Medical terminology* Terminal digit order filing**We innovate with purpose** -We adapt and change to improve pediatric care, for today and tomorrow.
