Chesapeake Systems is expanding and looking for an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Field Technician to join our growing team!

Pay : up to $50/hr. depending on experience
Company vehicle
Dispatched from home
Standard Monday through Friday schedule (occasional weekend or holiday work but not common)
Full-time, field-based
Manufacturer trainings provided – expand your knowledge with top industry partners
What You’ll Do:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
Work with cooling towers, boilers, VFDs, and automated control systems
Troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical issues accurately
Conduct system start-ups and ensure reliable performance
Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and system diagrams
What You Bring:
4+ years of commercial HVAC experience
Knowledge of BAS functionality and system integration
Journeyman License preferred (not required)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using computers, laptops, and smartphones
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork mentality
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently
