The PXT (People Experience and Technology) AMX Research is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Scientist to join our team. You will be leading manager experience research space to support the PXT talent evaluation and talent management initiatives. If you enjoy innovating, thinking big, and want to contribute directly to the success of a growing team, you may be a prime candidate for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Design experiments, test hypotheses, and build actionable models
Conduct quantitative analyses of talent management data and trends
Conduct qualitative data collection and analysis
Partner closely and drive effective collaborations across multidisciplinary research and product teams
Consult on appropriate analytic methodologies and scope research requests
Basic Qualifications
PhD, or Master’s degree and 4+ years of quantitative field research experience
Experience investigating the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to business problems and products
Experience analyzing both experimental and observational data sets
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of R, MATLAB, Python or similar scripting language
Experience with agile development
Experience building web‑based dashboards using common frameworks
Location & Salary
USA, NY, New York – 157,300.00 – 212,800.00 USD annually
