JOB SUMMARY:
The Concierge Marketing Coordinator, under the direction of the Concierge Manager and General Manager, is responsible for the overall marketing of Packers Athletic Club. This includes creating and instituting a strategic marketing campaign involving web, live events, community partnerships, social media, and other avenues to grow membership and remain the brand leader in the community. Other duties include new membership sales, customer service, and handling membership account inquiries. This role ensures the highest quality of service for all members and guests through professional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge of all PAC products and services. Additionally, the Concierge Marketing Coordinator focuses on fostering connections among new and existing members, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
The role has a direct impact on revenue, member retention, and overall customer service. The Concierge Marketing Coordinator will uphold the Packers Athletic Club’s Mission and Vision.
Job Responsibilities
Marketing
Create and develop the overall marketing strategy to drive membership growth, ancillary differentiation, and brand awareness.
Execute social media campaigns and content for all Packers Athletic Club social channels, including ideation, strategy, copywriting, capturing content (pictures and video, submitting graphic request and scheduling posts).
Update website and mobile app content to ensure it reflects daily programs and happenings at Packers Athletic Club.
Lead the strategic planning, brainstorming, and execution on promotional swag releases, ensuring member engagement and sale goals.
Plan, design, and execute email campaigns to keep members informed and engaged.
Maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target market, ensuring consistency throughout all marketing and creatives internal and external.
Plan and execute internal and external PAC events to drive membership growth, brand awareness, and member retention.
Work with the team to coordinate marketing and communications that attract new members.
Ensure all marketing related functions comply with existing licensing and approved marketing regulations.
Identify key community stakeholders to engage for membership growth, brand collaboration, and community awareness.
Answer inquiries received through the PAC email, online reviews, and social media channels.
Organize invoices and input budget allocation.
Membership Experience
Assist the front desk to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and organized entry experience for all members and guests.
Assist in the membership sales process, ensuring that all potential members receive a warm and informative introduction to PAC.
Focus on building and maintaining strong connections with both new and existing members to enhance their experience and retention.
Assist members in account inquiries, including upgrading, downgrading, freezes, and cancellations.
Help connect new members to ancillary services.
Process paperwork and handle contract related questions.
Customer Service
Assist members and prospective members with any app related inquiries.
Other Responsibilities
Establish yourself as an integral team member within the club.
Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline required.
2+ years of experience, including marketing experience, event coordination/program planning, and sales.
CPR/AED certification required.
Excellent customer service and promotional skills.
Ability to collect and analyze data to make accurate decisions.
Ability to develop marketing plans, strategies, and social media campaigns.
Conflict resolution skills, handled in a professional manner.
Proficiency with a diverse set of technologies including Microsoft Excel and Word, social media, web development, and other software.
Ability to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally sit.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
