Enhance Health Care Services Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated LPC-Mental Health Rehabilitation Staff to join our dynamic team in Gonzales, LA. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals struggling with mental health challenges while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Provide CPST (Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment) for adolescents and adults.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments.
Conduct regular progress evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Facilitate crisis intervention and support for clients in distress.
Educate clients and families on mental health resources and coping strategies.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Attend Weekly and Monthly Supervision Sessions with Clinical Director.
Requirements
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Current LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in the state of Louisiana.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health rehabilitation or related field.
Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and treatment plans.
