Responsibilities
Provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation services to adult and adolescent clients to promote recovery and well-being.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Facilitate psychoeducation sessions and therapeutic activities to enhance coping skills.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Engage with families and caregivers to provide support and resources.
Monitor client behavior and report any changes to the clinical team.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients.
Attend weekly and montly supervision sessions with Clinical Director.
Requirements
Master's degree/Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (CSW, LMSW) or related field (PLPC, LMFT).
Current and valid state licensure in Louisiana.
Experience working in mental health settings or with diverse populations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
Proficient in documentation and electronic health record systems.
