Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and warehousing industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the operations supporting the warehouse team. Daylight Monday through Friday - 8:00AM-5:00PM
Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities and oversee hourly employees in the warehouse environment.
Assign daily work tasks based on shipping schedules and operational needs.
Conduct inventory counts, including annual physical inventories and cycle counts, to ensure accuracy.
Monitor stock levels, reorder consumables, and manage inventory to support production and shipping.
Ensure safety procedures are followed and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in a technical or business field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in production and warehousing.
At least 2 years of prior supervisory experience in a related setting.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Advanced problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
