What We Offer
Pay: $24–$30 per hour based on experience and supervision hour completion
Potential wage increases every 6 months
A guaranteed path to becoming a
BCBA
with a competitive BCBA salary upon passing the exam
Bonuses based on accrued hours, with the potential to earn up to $1,500 per year
Guaranteed hours: Each full-time teammate receives a minimum of 32–40 hours a week regardless of patient cancellations
No‑cost supervision hours – no deductions from pay or clawbacks for the dedicated supervision time
A $5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for those who pass the exam on their first attempt at ABC

What You Will Be Doing
Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
All restricted hours completed
Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
Provide early intervention therapy in a center‑based setting
Shape the minds of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years)
Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
Collaborate with BCBA’s and the team to live ABC’s core values
Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team

Qualifications
Candidate must have 85% fieldwork hours (or 1700 out of 2000)
Completed all restricted hours
Currently enrolled in an accredited master’s program applicable to ABA
Experience in early childhood intervention (18 months‑8 years) preferred
Strong data collection and individualized treatment planning skills
Excellent collaboration and communication with BCBA and team
