Are you a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours? Join our Rising Stars program! Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is looking for a Behavior Analyst in Training!
What you will be doing
Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
All Restricted hours completed
Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
Collaborating with BCBA(s) and our team to live ABC’s core values
Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team
Qualifications
85% fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours)
All Restricted hours completed
Proof of enrollment in a master's program accredited by the BACB
Benefits
Pay: $24-30/hour based on experience and supervision hour completion
Potential wage increases every 6 months
Guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive BCBA salary upon passing
Bonuses based on accrued hours, up to $1,500 per year
Guaranteed hours: minimum 32-40 hours per week regardless of patient cancellations
No-cost supervision hours; no deductions from pay or claw backs for supervision time
$5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for passing exam on first attempt
