A law firm in Greater Boston is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join their technology team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions tailored for the legal sector, with a focus on Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ITIL process enablement.
You'll be architecting and administering ServiceNow platforms, with hands‑on experience using JavaScript for customizations and integrations. Familiarity with ITIL‑based service management and proficiency in leveraging CMDB for asset and configuration management is required.
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and administration
Deep expertise with CMDB and implementing ITIL‑based processes
Proficient in JavaScript development within ServiceNow
Exposure to integration with external systems and APIs
Strong understanding of IT service management best practices
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience working in the legal industry or professional services
5+ years of ServiceNow and IT service management experience Degree in computer science or a related field
Strong analytical and communication skills

Daily Responsibilities – 100% Hands On.
