In this role, you will operate at the intersection of artificial intelligence, software engineering, and business transformation, acting as a self‑driven builder embedded within key operational teams. You will take ownership of end‑to‑end solutions, identifying inefficiencies and rapidly developing AI‑powered tools to streamline processes and drive measurable impact. Working in a highly autonomous and innovation‑focused environment, you’ll leverage modern AI agents, LLMs, and cloud technologies to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions. Accountabilities

Identify operational inefficiencies within assigned business functions and design AI‑driven solutions to improve workflows and productivity
Build, test, and deploy end‑to‑end automation tools using modern AI frameworks and coding environments
Leverage LLM APIs, agent‑based architectures, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) to develop intelligent systems
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable technical implementations
Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to deployment and performance optimization
Ensure reliability, scalability, and observability of deployed AI systems through best engineering practices
Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency
Requirements

3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, including delivering production‑grade applications
At least 1 year of hands‑on experience building and deploying LLM‑powered or agent‑based AI solutions
Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and modern web frameworks such as Next.js
Practical experience with LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini) and prompt engineering techniques
Familiarity with agentic architectures, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and AI workflow orchestration
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud), CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and API design
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to independently take projects from concept to deployment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
Self‑motivated, curious, and adaptable, with a passion for staying current in the rapidly evolving AI landscape
