Electrical Project Manager – Ravenvolt
Ravenvolt is seeking an experienced
Electrical Project Manager
to lead generator installation projects. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from permitting through commissioning and closeout, while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Compensation
$90,000 – $115,000 base salary
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a large portfolio of active generator installation projects while maintaining project schedules and budgets
Track and control construction budgets, purchase orders, and vendor invoices
Oversee all aspects of electrical and civil construction from permitting through commissioning and closeout
Coordinate transformer relocations as an integral component of generator projects
Work directly with utilities, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), and easement processes to secure approvals
Conduct site visits, schedule inspections, and proactively address permitting or regulatory obstacles
Collaborate cross-functionally with permitting, engineering, construction teams, and project coordinators
Deliver complete project documentation, including as-builts, redlines, and final closeout packages
Requirements
Strong background in construction project management
Experience working with electrical utilities and complex permitting processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Engineering background strongly preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
