Electrical Construction Project Manager/ Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Superintendent to lead electrical construction projects from planning through execution. This role combines project ownership (budget, schedule, client coordination) with field leadership (crew oversight, installation execution).

Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle of electrical scope from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and track budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
Lead RFIs, submittals, and change order processes
Coordinate with General Contractors, clients, and other trades
Procure electrical materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost impacts
Required Qualifications
5–15+ years of electrical construction experience (subcontractor side REQUIRED)
Experience in commercial and/or industrial projects
Proven experience with electrical scope ownership (NOT just coordination)
Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code)
Experience with:
Conduit installation
Switchgear and power distribution
Electrical systems installation in active job sites
Ability to manage both project execution and field operations
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as:
Electrical Project Manager
Electrical Superintendent / Lead Foreman
Master Electrician or Journeyman license
Experience on large-scale projects ($20M+ electrical scope)
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Background in healthcare, data centers, manufacturing, or mission-critical builds
