What You’ll Do:
Prepare site development construction drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Design water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure systems
Develop engineering design considerations and supporting calculations for site development projects
Prepare permit applications and supporting documentation for local and state agencies
Coordinate regularly with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams
Model and refine designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
2+ years of experience designing land development projects using Civil 3D
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with clients
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Self‑starter with a client service–oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
