Financial Operations Team Analyst
As a Financial Operations Team Analyst, you will ensure transparent, timely, and accurate execution reporting for the customer across RPA and OMAR appropriations. You will lead daily and monthly analytics products, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, informing senior decisions on Status of Funds, Training Resource Model impacts, and MDEP execution.
What You’ll Work On
Produce and maintain daily Status of Funds (SOF) reports in Excel and Power BI for oversight of RPA and OMAR appropriations.
Develop Training Resource Model (TRM) reports with analysis across commands, SAGs, MDPs, and Army Program Elements and deliver TRM training to customer workforce.
Develop monthly MDEP charts and execution reports for senior leader decision-making.
Prepare daily GFEBS BI execution reports for customer forces, tracking commitments, obligations, and fund transfers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytics into actionable recommendations for customer leadership.
You Have
7+ years of experience with defense financial management or operations analytics.
Experience with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint for analytics and reporting.
Experience with BI platforms such as GFEBS BI.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree.
Nice If You Have
Experience with Army or HQDA-level reporting.
Knowledge of RPA or OMAR appropriations and MDP execution.
Knowledge of Training Resource Model methodology.
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 annually. The estimate represents the typical salary range and is one component of the total compensation package.
