Bell is seeking a Leader/Supervisor to support our manufacturing operations at our Repair & Overhaul Center location at our Fort Worth/Hurst, Texas location.

What you’ll be doing as a Leader/Supervisor
The Leader, Repair and Overhaul Service supervises and supports military maintenance and overhaul personnel in Bell’s Ft. Worth Repair and Overhaul Service Center.

Qualifications - External

Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in leadership may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree or any combination of education and experience equivalent

Hands on technical experience in manufacturing operations environment including manufacturing, paint, materials, production control planning, stock, repair, overhaul, maintenance and/or shipping

Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and/or certification as a Continuous Improvement Leader, such as Green Belt or Black Belt certification

Knowledge of aviation industry regulations

Experience supervising employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement is strongly preferred

Prepare and present reports to upper management as required to status operational goals.

Skills You Bring To this Role

At least 5 years of supervisory experience

Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing or related area

Demonstrated success in influencing and leading in either a direct or indirect capacity

Must have demonstrated organizational skills and good written/oral communication skills

Must be able to work weekends as required on a rotation basis.
