Senior CRE Title, Survey & Zoning Attorney

CRE Finance Council is seeking a commercial real estate title attorney in Louisville, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of commercial mortgage finance experience, be knowledgeable in structured finance and/or CMBS, and possess strong analytical abilities and client-relations skills. Responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, zoning reports, and conducting necessary legal analyses. Bar membership in the state of residence is required.
