Whatever your role, you’ll be part of a global community that values your ideas and empowers you to make an impact, on your career and on the world around you.

The PFUS Marketing Portfolio Strategy team is focused on maximizing growth today and into the future. To that end, the team will utilize consumer and market trends to align the organization on where to play and how to win across multiple horizons. Our strategy will be both top down and bottom up, defining the overall opportunity and then identifying the role each piece of our portfolio will play in capturing growth.

The projects this team takes on will be strategic in nature, with an initial focus around identification of the Portfolio opportunity. Once accomplished, the team’s focus will shift to the development of a strategy that captures key actions, milestones and success metrics. Post alignment to this strategy, the team will then orchestrate activity to accomplish our portfolio goals while constantly refining our strategy and continuing to monitor for new growth signals.

Due to the strategic nature of the work, team members can expect to gain exposure to senior leaders within PFUS while gaining valuable experience in strategic thinking, consumer‑centricity, end‑to‑end business understanding and storytelling.
