Data Migrations & Systems Integration: Design and execute complex data migrations and integrations.

ETL & Data Modeling: Build and optimize resilient ETL pipelines (e.g., using AWS Glue, Airflow, or DBT) to ingest data into our warehouse/data lake. Implement robust schema designs for relational and potentially graph databases.

User Administration and Account Service Support: Provide technical leadership for our user and customer administration, ensuring secure, scalable, and intuitive management of internal and external user access.

Team Leadership & Best Practices: Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish standards for API design (REST/GraphQL), documentation, and automated testing (SDLC optimization).

Qualifications

Proven track record of interacting with and developing against 3rd party APIs, particularly Salesforce.

Ability to translate complex business requirements from Marketing, Sales, and Client Services into technical roadmaps.

Familiarity with LLM integrations or vector databases to enhance internal BI search capabilities.
