About Our Family
We are a busy, entrepreneurial family that values a positive home environment, strong family relationships, and living life with intention. Between running several businesses, homeschooling our daughters, and maintaining an active lifestyle, our household has a lot of moving parts—and we believe having the right support makes everything run better.
Our two daughters (11 and 8) are homeschooled and very active, especially with their jiu‑jitsu training. They are curious, energetic, and growing up in a home that emphasizes learning, personal development, and staying active.
Our home is lively but grounded. We value health, personal growth, and maintaining a positive environment where everyone treats each other with respect. We also have two large, very relaxed dogs who mostly spend their time lounging around the house.
Because our family operates at a fast pace—balancing business, travel, and homeschooling—we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping bring order and calm to a busy household. The right person will help keep the day‑to‑day rhythm of the home running smoothly so we can stay focused on work, raising our girls, and spending quality time together.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running well. A calm, positive presence and a good sense of humor go a long way in our home.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly organized, self‑directed individual who brings a positive, warm presence into the home while also being someone who can take ownership of their work and get things done.
The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a household where priorities can shift from time to time. You’re the type of person who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and adapt as needed without becoming overwhelmed.
This role works best for someone who naturally notices what needs to be done and jumps in without needing constant direction. Whether it’s helping with meal prep, running errands, coordinating appointments, or handling small household tasks, you take pride in keeping things running smoothly.
At the same time, we value someone who can integrate naturally into the rhythm of our home. You can read the room, balance independence with teamwork, and bring a calm, steady presence to the household.
Honesty, integrity, and transparency are incredibly important to us. We believe in straightforward communication and mutual respect, and we’re looking for someone who values the same.
Our schedule and priorities can occasionally shift as we balance family life, homeschooling, and running multiple businesses, so adaptability and resilience are important. The right person will be flexible, solution‑oriented, and comfortable helping where needed.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping a household run well and takes pride in the behind‑the‑scenes work that allows a busy family to thrive. A positive attitude, good sense of humor, and the ability to keep things moving forward go a long way in our home.
