Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate
Critical Care Nurse Practitioner
to join our multidisciplinary team. This role follows a
7 on / 7 off rotating schedule , offering the opportunity for work‑life balance while providing intensive care to critically ill patients. The NP will manage complex cases, collaborate with medical staff, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Preferred Skills
Advanced procedural skills (e.g., central/arterial line placement, intubation) if within scope
Strong critical thinking, clinical decision‑making, and communication skills
Comfortable with EMR systems and ICU technology
Minimum Requirements
Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
Current licensure in the state of North Carolina.
Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
