Hybrid Mental Health Therapist- LCSW, LPC, Resident in Counseling
Soar Therapy and Integrated Wellness is hiring an LCSW, LPC, or Resident in Counseling to join our growing outpatient clinic in Northern Virginia.
We are a trauma-focused, somatic-oriented practice serving adolescents (13+) and adults who are ready to engage in meaningful therapeutic work. Our clinical culture centers on emotional regulation, depth therapy, and long‑term change.
Our team values accountability, clinical growth, and consistency in care. We are a structured, supportive environment where clinicians are expected to take ownership of their work, engage in ongoing learning, and contribute to a team culture that prioritizes client outcomes.
We balance autonomy with clear expectations, and we are intentional about building a team that is reliable, collaborative, and committed to long‑term clinical development.
This is a
full‑time W2
position averaging 26 completed sessions per week, with clinicians working three in‑office days to support both clinic needs and personal structure.
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in person and available to work 10-7 or 11-8 (In Person)
Clinical Support & Development
This role includes a strong level of clinical and professional support:
Free weekly supervision for Residents
Ongoing clinical consultation for Fully Licensed Clinicians
Monthly Group Consultation
Twice a month, growth and development trainings
Eligibility for advanced training opportunities, including EMDR and IFS
A supportive and collaborative team environment
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking clinicians who are:
Grounded, disciplined, and clinically curious
Committed to long‑term growth as a therapist
Comfortable working within a structured clinical setting
Interested in somatic therapy, mindfulness‑based approaches, DBT, EMDR, IFS, or related modalities
Interested in an integrated service model
Candidates should have 2‑4 years of outpatient experience
Strong readiness to work in a full caseload environment
