Saving & Changing Lives, PLLC is seeking a motivated and compassionate LCSW or LPC Resident/Supervisee to join our growing outpatient psychiatric practice.
We provide high-quality mental health services including medication management, individual psychotherapy, group therapy, trauma-focused treatment, and substance use disorder services.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is passionate about working with diverse populations and has interest or experience in:
Individual psychotherapy (adolescents & adults)
Group therapy facilitation
Trauma-informed care (PTSD, complex trauma)
Substance use and co-occurring disorders
CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches
Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy services
Complete timely and compliant documentation
Collaborate with psychiatric providers for integrated care
Participate in supervision (for Residents/Supervisees)
Contribute to program development as practice expands
